Randy Estes has practiced law in Baton Rouge for over 20 years, focusing on workers' compensation, personal injury, and wage and hour claims.  Randy graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from LSU 1989, and he earned his J.D. from the LSU Law School in 1993.  After graduation he clerked for Judge McDonald at the 19th JDC for two years before becoming an associate attorney for a local insurance defense firm.  In 1999, Randy started his own law practice in downtown Baton Rouge.  In the summer of June 2014 Randy formed Estes Davis Law with his partner Dan Davis. Dan Davis received his undergraduate degrees in History and International Relations from Florida State University in 1996.  He went on to become a police officer in Tallahassee, Florida for several years before deciding to attend law school.  Dan graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004.  He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Louisiana, and his practice focuses on wage and hour claims, commercial litigation and construction litigation. Vivian Jeansonne is an associate with Estes Davis Law and her practice is comprised of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and wage and hour claims. Vivian joined the firm in July 2018 after clerking for the Honorable Jason M. Verdigets of the 23rd JDC. Vivian graduated with a degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2013.
